Burglary, Eastfield Road Area

Good afternoon,

Police are appealing for witnesses and/or CCTV footage following a burglary on Eastfield Road (near to Gildenburgh Avenue) during the early hours of yesterday morning.

Between approximately 02:30 and 03:30 on Tues 04/08/2026, a single male wearing dark clothing, hood up, with a large backpack, was seen in suspicious circumstances in Gildenburgh Avenue and Eastfield Road. Later, between approximately 04:30 and 06:30, the male returned in company with a second male, wearing a green hoody and an orange hi-vis vest.

The offenders broke into the victim's address and stole several bags of goods.
